Employment Opportunities at Vicinitech

We sometimes have a need for technology consultants with the following skill set:

• Excels at explaining complex technology in plain English. 

• Can handle a wide range of technical problems typical of small businesses… at a minimum: server configuration, network diagnosis, firewall configuration, business application install, and PC break/fix

• Can work unsupported in a client setting and represent our firm professionally

• Diligent, strong attention to detail, reliable

We always have a need for technology sales leads with the following skill set:

• Able to generate leads through business networking and other personal marketing efforts

• Able to guide prospects through the needs identification process to a proposal or assessment as appropriate

• Demonstrated success working with businesses from 10 to 500 employees

We work primarily in Lake and Cook County in Chicagoland and expect all Hamlin Tech employees to be able to cover clients and prospects in these areas.
